Khaled Derbas serves as the Chief of International Relations, Trade Compliance, and Licensing at Cornerstone Trading Group, bringing extensive expertise in regulatory strategy, global trade facilitation, and enterprise transformation. A seasoned advisor to multinational institutions and investment groups, Khaled specializes in navigating the complexities of international trade architectures, cross-border compliance, and institutional relations to ensure strategic, scalable growth.

Khaled’s background encompasses substantial international development experience with the World Bank Group and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), as well as management consulting for various U.S. Federal Government agencies. Throughout his career, he has focused on regulatory compliance, operational process optimization, and C-suite change management consulting. In the commercial arena, he co-founded American Business Group, guiding corporate stakeholders through complex regulatory mechanisms, including OFAC sanctions, CFIUS reviews, FinCEN regulations, and international AML/CFT frameworks.
