Khaled’s background encompasses substantial international development experience with the World Bank Group and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), as well as management consulting for various U.S. Federal Government agencies. Throughout his career, he has focused on regulatory compliance, operational process optimization, and C-suite change management consulting. In the commercial arena, he co-founded American Business Group, guiding corporate stakeholders through complex regulatory mechanisms, including OFAC sanctions, CFIUS reviews, FinCEN regulations, and international AML/CFT frameworks.
In addition to his corporate advisory track record, Khaled brings operational discipline from his background in international logistics, supply chain systems, and public-sector governance.
